Size, complexity, locations and supporting media determine the production scope. Capture scope is determined during experience planning. We capture what is needed to create the experience properly.
You don’t need to choose the production tools. During planning, we determine the capture, media, interactions and supporting content the experience needs — then quote the complete recommended scope.
Depending on the place, this may include aerial imagery, photography, video, voice, maps, multilingual content or other supporting media.
Hosting keeps the experience online. Care keeps it current. Your proposal sets out the creation scope, hosting term, annual renewal and any launch inclusions before work begins. New capture and larger changes are scoped separately.

No. Visitors can explore on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. VR is an additional viewing mode where the experience and device support it.
The web experiences open through a link in a compatible browser. There is no app to install for standard browsing; headset requirements depend on the VR device.
Yes, an experience can be embedded in a compatible website or opened through a direct link. We confirm the best setup for your site during planning.
Timing depends on the size of the place, capture requirements, content and interactions. We agree the scope and schedule with you before production starts.
Yes. An experience can include photography, video, information hotspots, audio, maps and calls to action. We choose the components around your audience’s journey.
Updates can be planned for text, media and links. Changes to the physical space may need new capture. We agree how updates will be managed as part of your project.
Arvios Experience Hosting keeps the experience online with a direct link and website embedding. Hosting is annual; fees, renewal terms and any first-year inclusions are agreed in your proposal. Optional Experience Care keeps content and actions current.
